If you thinking that we are talking about the expensive Aloe Vera creams then you are wrong. We are talking about the fresh Aloe Vera leaf from which you can easily extract get after cutting it. After this, refrigerate it for an hour. Then apply it on your body and let it dry. This will help your skin to absorb the effective natural ingredients of the gel. Apply it 2-3 times for effective result.

2. Ice

I must tell you this is the cheapest way to get rid of sunburn. You can take the ice and cool your body with it. Use cold water and ice to fill your bathtub. Soak yourself in the bathtub for around half an hour. Dry your body using a soft towel which will provide you an immense relief.

In summer most of us consume yogurt pr buttermilk as it provides a lot of vitamins and have cooling effect on our body. It works the same way on your skin too and gives cooling effect. 5. Black tea

It is one of the treatment which is fastly and easily available at home. As it contain a lot of antioxidants, hence it can create a miracle. Take tea bags or tea powder then put it in hot water for few minutes. After it cools down a bit, soak a cloth in it and dab-on sunburn. After the drying, wash it with cool water.
